In spring 2009 Earth's Revolution donated to a local group who are trying to bring a little green back into the urban environment. Edmonton Guerrilla Gardening is a grass-roots movement consisting primarily of students and young professionals. The group's goals and objectives include reestablishing native plants, increasing biodiversity, fostering community involvement, beautifying the city, and reexamining the definitions of community ownership and public space. |
