It is the policy of Earth's Revolution to protect and respect the privacy of personal information. 

Why does Earth's Revolution collect personal information?
Earth's Revolution may collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

How does Earth's Revolution collect personal information?
Earth's Revolution only collects personal information about its customers with the customer's knowledge and consent. Generally, this means that Earth's Revolution collects personal information directly from the individual to whom it relates, whether via the Earth's Revolution website, telephone, email or in person. Occasionally, Earth's Revolution may collect personal information from third party sources, but only with the knowledge and consent of the individual or where such collection is otherwise authorized by law.

Earth's Revolution only discloses personal information as reasonably required to facilitate the authorized purposes listed above. For example, as part of the Earth's Revolution domain name registration services, it is necessary to disclose certain personal information to the relevant domain registry when a domain name is applied for, renewed or transferred.
Earth's Revolution does not otherwise disclose personal information unless:

Is there a choice?

Does Earth's Revolution provide access to personal information?
Earth's Revolution will provide individuals with access to the personal information Earth's Revolution holds about them in accordance with applicable laws. Earth's Revolution reserves the right to require that any request for access to personal information be made in writing. Generally, there is no cost for such access. However, Earth's Revolution reserves the right to charge such costs on a case by case basis in accordance with applicable laws. The individual will be notified in advance if such charges apply.

Earth's Revolution will correct or amend the personal information in its files where it can be shown that the information is incorrect or incomplete.
