All images, products and content displayed at www.earthsrevolution.com (the "Site") are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights of Earth's Revolution and/or its licensors. Each reference to "Site" in this Terms of Use Agreement shall be interpreted to only refer to the web pages and files posted under the domain www.earthsrevolution.com.

User License
Earth's Revolution grants you permission to view this Site and to print individual pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that you agree to and accept without modification the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Your access to information contained in pages of this Site constitutes your acceptance of the provisions contained on this Terms of Use Agreement page, as amended from time to time.
You may not modify, copy (except as permitted herein), distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, material or products from this Site. Product Information and Availability
This Site displays products available for purchase in Canada, however, not all products are available at all times and products may be changed, substituted or discontinued at any time. Earth's Revolution reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. Earth's Revolution attempts to provide an accurate description of the products available for sale, but does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability or currency of such descriptions.

Delivery
Purchased items will be shipped to the provided Shipping Address within 7 to 14 business days of receipt of payment for the order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you have not received your item within 4 weeks after payment, please notify customer service at info@earthsrevolution.com. You will receive an email from info@earthsrevolution.com when your order has been confirmed.

Prices, Shipping and Handling and other Charges
All purchased items will be shipped via UPS or Canada Post unless specific alternative shipping instructions are requested and agreed to prior to checkout. If you require your purchase to be shipped by a method other than UPS or Canada Post please contact info@earthsrevolution.com.

Cancellation Policy
Purchase orders may be cancelled  with a full refund within 24 hours of payment if they have not already been shipped. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund and Exchange Policy
Items may be returned for exchange or a limited time credit only within 14 days of shipping date in original condition. Naturally Sexy Lip Love is not exchangeable or refundable.

Earth's Revolution does not control outside sites and is not responsible for their content nor their conformity to applicable laws. If at any time you do not wish to be contacted with updates or news, just respond to the email and let us know.

Currency and Payment
All prices and amounts contained on this Site are in Canadian currency only.
Once you have completed our Checkout Page, you will be directed to the PayPal website for payment. Your purchase transaction will be complete upon our receipt of confirmation of successful payment from PayPal. We will notify you via email to provide you with a copy of your final transaction and advise you of expected shipping and arrival dates.

Jurisdiction
This Site is managed from Alberta, Canada. This on-line sales agreement and any disputes or actions arising from the Site or any of its content shall be governed by the laws of Alberta and the laws of Canada as applicable therein. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts, tribunals, agencies and other dispute resolution mechanisms of Alberta, Canada and agree to bring any action exclusively in such courts or venues.
The Owner makes no representations that the products, services and information described in this Site are available, applicable or appropriate outside of Canada.
